Is The Left Ovary Blockage A Ovary Tumor?

Hi, I got married 2.5 yrs back and not getting pregnant till now. Consulted a doctor last year and she identified a cyst in my right ovary. It got cured by using tablets and then I took treatment for 4 months for getting pregnant. Every month she regularly did follicular scan and HCG1000/2000 injection. But not got pregnant. After 4yrs stopped treatment as we got shifted from that area and after 1 year I again consulted another gynocologist and started taking treatment. She did HSG and found block at the entry of left ovary. She advised to do FTC but we took some time.This month she found an egg in my right ovary and asked to take Hucog10,000. Will it give any side effects like multiple child births. As my earlier doctor not advised more than 2000HCG getting afraid whether it is good for me or not. Also she did not mention what is blocking at the entry of left ovary. Is it any tumour. Now we both experiencing pain during and after intercource.

HCG injection doesn't give rise to multiple children 10000 dose is OK don't worry .
it won't harm you. it's for maturation and rupture of follicule.
their are multiple reasons for tubal block needs evaluation.
