Is The Left Side Pain An Early Symptom Of Pregnancy?

My left side aches . Been aching for a few weeks now on and off . These past few days it s been aching constantly ... Is this a early sign of pregnancy ? Never been before ? But my top and bottom aches real bad , and throb . Bothers me so bad I can not sleep at night

HELLO DEAR
I UNDERSTAND YOUR CONCERN, Dear symptoms are very unreliable for diagnosis of pregnancy , you can go for urine pregnancy test which can be done at home if possible use first void sample of urine and also serum BHCG in any diagnostic labarotory and if they found positive then for confirmation you can go for ultrasound and can consult your doctor.
