Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
sore throat and shoulder pain are not related. Shoulder pain should be investigated with xray of shoulder with clavicle anteroposterior and axillary views to rule out bony injury if not done before. If xray was done and found normal Mri of shoulder should be done to rule out soft tissue injury. Meanwhile start tab diclofenac sodium 50 mg twice a day for pain relief. Excercises can be continued if there is no pain. please visit expert orthopedic surgeon nearby you with report.
