Is The Pelvic Pain Related To Intramural Fibroid?

Is a 1.7cm posterior midline fundal intramural fibroid (which was 1.3cm 10 months ago) and a anteriror intramural 9mm fibroid cause lots of pelvic/hip/thigh pain? I am 50, suffering with major back problems and recently experienced a bladder infection and all the above symptoms that have not went away after antibiotic treatment.
