Just had a urine analysis hours ago after feeling pain during urination. The findings are as follows: WBC: 50-55/HPF RBC: 2-4/HPF Epithelial cells: FEW Mucous Thread: FEW Bacteria: FEW Pus cells in clumps: Moderate Protein & sugar: NEGATIVE Does this mean that I have UTI?
Yes, your urine report points strongly towards acute urinary tract infection. It can be urethritis or cystitis or kidney infection. I suggest you investigate with urine culture report to choose causative agent and antibiotic accordingly.
Drink lots of water and fruit juice. Cranberry juice extract tablet useful in such case.
