Is The Red Little Dots On Toddler S Elbow An Ezcema?

My toddler has ezcema. When he got out of the shower last night I noticed that on his left elbow, he has these red little dots. They arent raised and dont seem to bother him, but they are still there today. He has never gotten them before? Could it just his ezcema or something else?

Hai..if they are not bothering him & he's playing around without scratching...they shouldn't bother you either. It might or might not be eczema... But remember that skin conditions are best treated after seeing them. I suggest you send some close up snaps of red dots online. Happy to help anytime. If you are happy with my reply, kindly rate it.
