Hello,

Get a follow up clinical examination done by your surgeon to rule out infection, fluid accumulation, hematoma, surgical trauma, lymphatic changes, etc. The factor causing you symptoms will be treated with medications & physical therapy. In the meantime, stay hydrated and take a balanced homemade diet for overall recovery.

Avoid heavy weightlifting and strenuous activities during the recovery period to prevent increased swelling. Do not neglect post operative instructions like keeping the scrotum elevated, to minimize swelling. Cold therapy is helpful. Wear supportive underwear. Take all the medicines prescribed by your surgeon. Go for regular check-ups during recovery phase.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
