Is The Testicular Pain Related To Masturbation?

I DO MASTERBATE ALOT,ANY TIME IAM ON MY OWN,I DO THAT BECAUSE i DO ADMIRE DIFFERENT DIFFERENT TYPES OF WOMEN ALL THE TIME,BECAUSE I TRY TO AVOID HAVING SEX OUT OF MY MARRIAGE,I MASTERBATE WITH THEM IN MY MIND.OF LATE WHEN I SIT ON SOMETHING HARD LIKE A WOODEN CHAIR,I FEEL SOME SLIGHT PAIN IN MY RIGHT HAND BALLS,WHEN I REMOVE MY PANTY AND THE BALLS ARE HANGING THERE IS NO PAIN,EVEN WHEN I TOUCH WITHOUT SQUEEZING THERE IS NO PAIN.IS IT DUE TO THE MASTERTATION?
