Is The Ultrasonogram Report Normal?

Height: 163cm
Weight: 66kgs
I am pregnant.
ULTRASONOGGRAM REPORT: USG of Pregnancy
A single pregnancy is seen and the gestational age corresponds with 27 wks & 3 days size. The approx. fetal weight is 1064 gm.
The pelvicalyceal system of the fetal left kidney shows mild delatation and that of the right kidney is normal
The fetal presentation is complete breech presently.

Hello,
The age of the pregnancy as per sonogram has been reported as 27 weeks 3 days and if this corresponds with your dates, you need not worry. The estimated weight is corresponding to the age of the fetus. The presentation at this stage is not of much significance. The right kidney is normal while the left kidney of the fetus has dilated pelvicalyceal system or in other words, dilatation of the pelvis, the part from where urine enters the ureter on to the bladder and then urethra. Further investigation may be done based on the extent of the dilatation. Hope this helps.
