Is The White Coloured Bump Beneath The Tongue Due To Smoking Or New Denture?

i have a small white colouired bump on the underneath side of the tongue tip. I have recently started to wear dentures. Sometimes I bite my tongue inadvertently. The white bump is a result of the bite . It is more than four months that the tip is hurting and sore. Is it because Ismoke?

Ulcer or bump for so long is a cause of concern and i would like you to get it checked.It can also be due to the smoking!
