hello sir my name is tej partap, sir recently i have join a gym where my coach said eat 10 to 12 eggs daily, is the yellow part of egg called yolk is bad for health because some people says it bad or some says the recent research says it good for health so sir please guide me, thanking you
Hello sir, Anythin in excess in not recommended. No, I don not see nutritionally how 10 - 12 eggs daily will benefit you and may possibly harm you. While cholesterol is not as much of an issue as in previous days, the recommendations still hold that you should not have more than 300 mg. of cholesterol daily. That is 8 more eggs per day than what cardiologists recommend. I suggest you find the needed nutrients you gym coach "thinks" you need in a more appropriate manner. Have a Great Day!
