Is There A Chance Of Having Uterus Upside Down? Have Severe Bleeding?

A young man of about 35 Yrs, whom I have semi-adopted, told me his sometimes girlfriend has an upside down uterus and bleeds 25 days a month. Just trying to see, for my own curiosity, if this is a real condition/symptom of UDU?
I was once told mine was backward? Never understood what that meant but I guess it was lucky for me. I only had a period every three months....

I think what they are trying to say is that the uterus is posterior.
When we do manual examination of the uterus. we palpate the cervix of the uterus. this can be feel pointing up, to the middle or down(posterior).
