Hello dear Understand your concern I appreciate your thought of consulting the gynecologist for abortion for safe practice. In medical termination of pregnancy mifepristone is followed by misoprostol after 24 hour. Cramp and pain is due to uterine contraction. Do not worry pain and bleeding is just more than menstruation period as your pregnancy is 5 week (moderate to less than severe). It is tolerable. But it varies from person to person. Take proper rest, healthy diet and analgesic like meftal spas/ibuprufen help smmoth process. Hope this may help you Best regards Dr. Sagar
