Is There A Connection Between Tingling Sensation And Muscle Pain In Penis And Frequent Urination? Is It A Result Of Oral Thrush?
About 3 weeks ago started having tingling in the penis. I then started urinating often at night and during the day I had a hot / burning sensation that was constant. Not enough to where I could not function but it was noticeable. Then started having night sweats. Have had flu-like symptoms (fever) followed by extreme muscle pain all over and recently developed oral thrush. The tingling penis, nightsweats and flu symptoms have gone away but the oral thrush is still present but reducing. I know these are all hiv symptoms but what else could cause these symptoms? I m most perplexed by the oral thrush as I have never had it before and not a lot has changed in my life. I did start taking Dexilant for acid reflux about 8 weeks ago and about 2 weeks ago the urologist (went for tingling penis) prescribed Naproxen (urinalysis results were clean and free of infection). Any advice on what might have brought on the oral thrush?

The tingling of the penis, frequency, burning etc are all due tpo the urinary tract infection.Any how you had treatment.if symptoms still persist you can have culture and sensitivity and treatment accordingly.
The oral thrush could be due to the medicines used, or defeciency of the Bcomplex factors etc.
For this you can consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses,sprouts,and protein rich foods.
