Is There A Difference In Tucks And Anusol Suppositories?
hi i m trying to find tucks suppositories, they appear to be out of circulation now? i was able to find anusol suppositories from the uk, and i know tucks used to be anusol, but i m not seeing topical starch as an ingredient in the uk anusol. can u shed some light on this for me please? thank u
Anusol in UK has the following ingredients: zinc oxide, bismuth oxide and balsam peru. It does not contain starch as its ingredient. If you were using tucks suppositories having starch for reducing the symptoms of haemorrhoids, then Anusol can be an acceptable alternative. If you were using for any other reason, please contact your caregiver for further advice.
