Is There A Permanent Way To Regularise Periods In Anaemic Patient?

Hello,I am 16. I Skip my periods fr 2 to 3 months and when i have my period they go on for over a month sometimes. My tests caume out clear and i am anaemic. I have been prescribed sevista to stop them when they exceed fr more than 7 days. Is there any permanent way to make my cycle regular?
