The report is normal. The placenta is the part that supplies nutrients to the baby. It may be located anywhere. Usually it is attached to the upper part of the
uterus. It may be anterior [ in the front side], posterior [ in the back wall of uterus], in the fundus [ top of uterus] or low lying near the
cervix.
You have not mentioned if it is low lying or not. As long as it is not low lying there is no risk of
preterm labor or bleeding. So check the report.
Unseperated means that it is nicely attached to the uterus which is a very good sign and free from cervix indicates that it is not lying on the cervix [ if on cervix called
placenta previa, that may bleed severely].
So your report is fine.
