Is There A Possibility Of Pregnancy With A Painful Lump Under My Nipple,cramps And Back Ache After Unprotected Sex?

I think I might be pregnant and it isn t wanted. I have had unprotected sex 3/4 times since after December 26th. I have had a lump under my nipple and it is very painful and swollen although now easing. I have cramps, back ache and all other pms symptoms and I m due on the 22nd roughly. However I had spotting today and I m very scared I could be pregnant. Do you think I am?

you have,t mentioned the timing of sex,whether in safe period or not.although all your symptoms indicate impending period if still you are anxious then go for beta hcg level .
