Hello,

If I was her caring doctor, would investigate deeper to understand what the exact cause of her body pain is. So, please provide her lab tests in order to get them reviewed and give a more specific answer.

On the other hand, Tonoflex she is using to treat her body pain is a combination painkiller consisted of tramadol and paracetamol. It works great in reducing the pain, however, as per any other pill, it keeps its side effects including addiction and overdose among others.

We can suggest alternative pain-killers based on the cause and type of pain she is experiencing for more success. To me, topical medications, such as capsaicin cream, lidocaine patches, or NSAID gels (like diclofenac), can be effective for localized pain without the systemic side effects of oral medications. They are particularly useful if her pain is in specific areas.

Furthermore, I encourage to take Gabica (pregabalin) in adjusted dose (as directed by your doctor according to the intensity of your pain), without worrying about lung effects, especially if nerve pain is involved. I also encourage incorporating physical therapy or low-impact exercises can significantly relieve chronic pain over time. To reduce inflammation and improve circulation, which helps in managing pain one needs regular movement.

Acupuncture, TENS, and gentle massage therapy are alternative therapies which can provide pain relief and improve her quality of life. Duloxetine is another medication alternative as it helps with chronic musculoskeletal pain and neuropathic pain. It might be a safer option with fewer risks to the lungs, but it should be reviewed carefully over time adjusting the dose according to her actual health problems.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
