I am 71 years . My BP is 165/95 last one year . My Bp was 150/90 for 5 years . I good fitness and purely veggy , I have been taking 1 unit of alcohol for 30 years . I get good 7 hrs sleep. Can walk 10 Kim's or go up 25 floors with ease, no heavy breathing or palpitation . What's treatment you suggest
