Is There A Way To Make Myself Shorter?

Is there something I can do or take to make myself somewhat shorter?
And also is there pills I can take to stop me from continually growing if I still am? I'm a 5'9 female and do not wish to get taller then that. I am also currently 15

HI. This is one of the most interesting questions i have read in 28 years of my practice. First of all why would you like to get shorter? Anyway, there are no medicines to stop continually growing. As you are already 15 years old, there may not be much of further growth in height. There are surgical procedures to get you shorter, but there are attendant risks of surgery and disparity of the body measurements. I hope i have helped you with your query. Everything will be fine and you should be happy for a great height, as almost all are wishing to have more height.
