Is There A Way To Reduce WBC In Sperm Of HIV Positive Patient?

Dear Dr. Samuel,
My name is Mamello. My husband is HIV Positive and I'm negative. we would like to have a baby. we went to the infertility clinic for the procedure. They cannot use my husband's sperms they found that hissperms has a lot of white blood cells. We have an option to go for a donor. I want to have a child with my husband. Is there anything that you can do to lower the blood cells?

White cell with sperm may be due to genital infections.
Please consult your physician for lab tests and find out the level of infections.
Treatment is according to that.
You can have baby by your husband after that and no need to go for a donor.
Directly semen of your husband can be used and it is put in your vagina so you have baby.
Don't worry it is possible and with proper treatment your husband will be fine.
