Is There An Injection That Stops Diarrhea And Nausea Instantly?

I am having loose motions since last night and feeling nausea but i cant tak any med or tab as m fasting and still in fast of ramzan and getting weakness bcoz 12 15 times i went toilet plzzz teell me if there is any injection to stop the motions instantly

* As per my clinical experience, the issue is related to intestine infection through some sort of bacteria or virus.
* There are injections as ondancetron, ranitidine, pantoprazole or others which can stop nausea instantly.
* But the diarrhea recovery takes time, after intravenous antibiotic and supplementation of intestine flora in form of lacto bacillus, pro biotics or else.
