hi i am vinod i have a fungal infection on my pennis , 3 years before i had the same problem, as advised by doctor i apply NESTALOCAL cream and it was get cured, now i am searching for that cream but it is not available in the market, could you please advice me an alternate medicine

Please take anti fungal medicine like Fluconazole twice daily orally and topical anti fungal cream like Candid for local application .
Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily,
Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
