Is There Any Alternative Medication Of Postoval?

Hi. I am 49 years old. My gynecologist prescribed Postoval to bring back my periods and to stop hot flushes. All is back to normal but I am battling to maintain a normal weight and have picked up 8kg since starting to use Postoval. Is there an alternative I can use, mostly to control the hot flushes?

hi,
Postmenopausal hot flushes can be managed bymany natural products like soy, fatty acids, krill oil etc, but the most consistently reported to be useful is EVENING PRIMROSE OIL. Many patients show good symptomatic response to it.

you can try it as it is an OTC product. Regarding Povostol, do not stop it suddenly without consulting your doctor as it can worsen your problem.

hope this helped.
