Is There Any Alternative Other Than Physiotherapy To Heal Shoulder Dislocation?

Hi Iam XXX 38 yrs old for last 10 yrs I have suffered dislocation 4-5 times in my right shoulder. Last 4 yrs there was no dislocation as I was under physiotherapy. When I have stopped it, I have suffered again.so is there any alternative without operation. If not tell me whether there is any option for key hole/micro surgery. And chances complete cure.
