Hi,
Prolonged sitting leads to increased pelvic pressure which is not advisable during pregnancy. It would be better if you can get two hours of rest during the day and eight hours of rest during the night. If that is not possible, please try to change position and have some foot rest; walk every now and then to improve blood circulation to the legs. If you cannot have water, you can have lassi, coconut water, lemonade, milk shakes, fruit juices etc. You can also have soups that are not spicy. Hope this helps.
