there r always alternatives biut it depends on the extent of coronary blocks ..... accordingly the surgical or medical modalities are preferred ..... ..if u r not willing for angioplasty and surgery then medical therapy alone is the left option ...it may / may not b that effective depending on the extent as i have told u ..
