Is There Any Ayurveda Treatment For Myelofibrosis?
Is there any ayurvedic treatment for myelofibroris... Disease was diagnosised 9 months back.. since then for some time used ayurvedic medicine and then stopped.. since last 3 months he has lost 8 kgs weight ( Fatigue ).. Now since last one month we are again using ayurvedic medicine.. Can any one guide me in this case...

1. Myelofibrosis is a serious bone marrow disorder that disrupts normal production of blood cells, in which normal bone marrow tissue is gradually replaced with a fibrous scar-like material.
2. since case is diagnosed, thus treatment will depend whether there is/are overproduction or underproduction of various blood cells.
3. since there is easy bruising/bleeding; check with platelet count
PS. some of the prescribed Ayurveda Drugs known to increase platelet count is/are: raw papaya leaves juice, wheat grass juice, aloe vera juice, Guduchi, Ashwagandha, shatavari, madukparni, vacha, amlaki.
4. since anemia is resistant to any therapy thus Erythropoietin injections are must.
5. risk of thrombosis may be managed with low dose aspirin.
6. weight loss, night sweats, fever are constitutional symptoms which have to be managed symptomatically.
