good morning sir...am swati dhyani from jaipur..am suffering from the same problem of premature grey hairs...is there any ayurvedic treatment to cure my hairs permanently ??....how much time it will going to take to turn my white hairs inte black again....
Hi dear swati i read ur problem of premature greying of hairs. In ayurveda this occurs due to increase of pitta and kaff doshas. U mainly tell the problem of greying of hair bt not tell others symptoms of the disease like constipation ,chronic cold ,digestion of food.so i does not tell ur treatment for greying of hairs properly.but in my suggestion following precaution is taken. 1-USE 10-12GLASS OF WATER IN OUR ROUTINE LIFE. 2-EAT GREEN VEGETABLE ,SALLAD ,AMLA CHURNA ONE TEASPOON WITH LAOHH BHASM DAILY. 3-IF U SUFFERING FROM RECURRENT NASAL INFECTION THAN U FIRST CONCERN TO AYURVDIC DR FOR CURING IT. 4-USE BHAIGRAJ TEIL FOR UR HAIRS TO MAKE HEALTHY. 5-AVOID SPICY AND PITTA WARDAK DIET LIKE DAHI,CHAUMIN, BURGER ETC. 6-TAKE ALSO THE CALCIUM RICH DIET FOR UR HEALTY HAIRS. 7-BADAM ROGAN TEIL NASYA BY 2 DROPS OF THIS TEIL IN BOTH THE NOSTRIL. 8-EAT THE ONE AMLLA EVERYDAY. SO u met ur nearest ayurvedic physian to find the cause according to symptom.but you take this treatment and precaustion makes ur hairs blackish again. Thanks for query.
Dear swati ...premature greying is a common problem these days . My suggestions for u - 1) Neem oil Therapy that means every morning clean ur nose then sit on a chair with tilting ur head backward. Now put 2-3 drops of Neem oil in each nose and sit in same position for 5 minutes ..so that it can be absorbed....if in case it irritates ur thoat u can spit the oil. 2) eat atleast 3 aanwala everyday or eat aanwala powder 2 gram with mishri 5 minutes before brkfast. 3) Triphla powder 2 gm with warm water before sleeping 4) use Trichup oil for massage- nit 5) use shampoo of only one brand , dont change it..... Stop spicy n junk food . In place of table salt use rock salt( saindhavnamak) If u feel weakness then take Mannol syrup 2 tbspoon after brkfast n dinner. Follow this for at least 3 months u will see the change in 1 month .Best of luck dear...
