Hello,
If you have had a menstrual cycle after the incident, you need not worry about pregnancy. If you were in the ovulation phase at the time of the sexual intercourse, you have chances of pregnancy. Ejaculation inside of the vagina is not essential; it is sufficient if the semen is deposited on the vulval area or even if preejaculate has entered the vaginal canal. You can get clarity by performing a HPT as it would known by now if you became pregnant with that act. You can also go for a blood pregnancy test and a trans-vaginal sonogram. Hope this helps.
