Is There Any Chances Of Getting HIV With Protected Sex?

I had the sex with a sex worker in singapore and condom was broken when I pulled out my penis, but ejacualted out side by an hand job. I undertook HIV 1+2 Ag+Ab test after 40th day of exposure...result came negative and non reactive for HIV, VDRL and Hepatits B. My question is, can I consider this as conclusive?

Welcome to HCM.

You had a Combo test on 40th day after your risky contact. The Antigen part of this test is conclusive and you are free fro HIV 1, the commonest possibility of HIV infection. The antibody part of the test would become more conclusive only after 12 weeks (84 Days). So there is a very rare possibility of HIV 2, had not been ruled out. It is better to repeat the test once again after 12 weeks before you resume your sex with somebody to make sure that you are free from both HIV 1&2. Regarding VDRL and hepatitis your nonreactive tests are adequate. But there is nothing to worry as HIV is very very rare other than in Africa, and you had a protected sex with condom broken.
