Is There Any Connection Between Diagnosed Rocky Mountain Fever And Fibromyalgia?

My wife has had muscular pains, kidney pains and joint pains for years. She was diagnost with Rocky Mountain Fever today by blood test. She is not currently sick but still has her pains. She tells me she was diagnost ten plus years ago with same disease and took a week worth of antibiotics. She has been told she has Fibro mialga by several doctors over the last decade. Could all this be one problem? Could the blood test be wrong?
