Is There Any Correlation Between Thyroidectomy And Symptoms Like Sluggishness, Tiredness, Puffy Eyes ?
Four weeks ago I had a full thyroidectomy. Following a check up with my GP6 days ago, my blood test revealed my levels were very low and my medication has been altered. This last week however, I have noticed an increased in sluggish, tiredness and my skin is dry and itchy. This morning my left eye is puffy and swollen. Are these symptoms related to my condition?

From your query it appears that you've had thyroidectomy only recently.
It is not clear what medications were altered but I suspect your thyroid hormone dose is increased in last 6 days. Sluggishness, tiredness and dry itchy skin can be a result of low thyroid hormones but if you are having winter in your part of the world now then it could be reasonable to experience such symptoms even if your thyroid hormones are normal. Thyroid related symptoms dont appear overnight so the puffiness and swollen eyes may be unrelated to your thyroidectomy surgery.
