Is There Any Cure For Brown Colored Hair?

hi, i am Asad from Lahore (Pakistan), my hairs are grown brown with the time, i am 21 years old. but due to this i have to bear a lots of metnal pressure, i see like an old man... is thieir any cure for this problem then please help me out.

Thanks for your query.
Once the hair follicle stops producing the pigment necessary to make a hair its normal colour, it will always grow a gray (or white) hair and this will not ever change (unless the follicle dies and then there is no more hair). lifestyle change can be the solution. began to exercise daily and eat healthier, and taking vitamins every once in a while.
