Is There Any Dietery Suggestions After Being Received Psa 11 Along With Type 2 Diabetes?

I am 73 year old male with Type 2 diabetes and received a psa from lab of 11. doc says I need to go to urologist and get more tests. I know 3 men who did this same thing. One died from spread of cancer. One is wearing diapers and has poor quality of life. One is being retested and psa level is rising. I am concerned about being tested. Any dietary recommendations?

Dear friend,
i recommend you to visit your urologist and get it investigated asap. as no dietry regimes are available to control enlarged prostate but yes you can control your diabetes with dietry regimes.
