Is There Any Drug That Can Stop Drooling & Excessive Saliva?

I'm taking Parkinson's disease medication for 20 yrs. For the past 2 yrs; I started coughing. It happens more at night. It affect my wife as she can't sleep and I visit more often to washroom.

Is there any drug that can stop drooling and excessive saliva? Can't wait to hear from you. Thks.

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms.

I am glad to note that you have managed your Parkinson's disease well despite the lapse of 20 years after its onset.

To reduce the drooling and excess salivation, glycopyrolate is useful.

If that does not help, you can go for botox injections in the salivary glands.
