My parents were settled my marriage with my own sister s daughter(my father s daughter s daughter).. what complications will face in future generation.. please suggest weather to proceed for marriage or shall i drop..what type of problems to be face in genetic way...

Hello there, If you marry a near relative like your uncle's daughter you will be exposed to a whole lot of genetic illness.
