Is There Any Home Remedy To Cure Lump On Penis?

Ive notice a lump under the skin at the base of my shaft of my penis. What do i do? I haven t been sexually active since July 2011. And It just appeared last month and hasn t gone down. What do I do? And is there some home remedy that I can use to treat it?
