I am 27, female and experiencing my first external hemorriod, 4 days now. is there any home treatments I can use? Is it something I can get rid of?? And how long will it take to go away??

The home remedy of haemorroids is everything you do for Constipation. Major cause constipation should be avoilded by drinking plenty of water and some laxatives at bed time. Avoid hot, spicy, oily,alcohol, red meats, smoking, etc
Better to take Seize bath with potash or betadine before and after Toilet
Along with this YOu may better take Ayurvedic medicines like Kanchanar Guggule

apply oint.sunarin(phyto pharma) after passing motions and twice a day
also use Pottasium permanganate for sitz bath
