Is There Any Homeopathic Treatment For CRVO That Can Help Restore Some Vision After Unsuccessful Anti-VEGF Injections And Laser Treatment?

My father have a problem of crvo since 18/12/2022 and till now he got 3 anti vegf injection. He got relief by first 2 injection and after that it get worse and worse and then he again get eylea injection and it can t work little bit. He can t see anything and doctor suggest him for laser treatment . I want to that is there any treatment in homeopathy. Which can recover his little bit vision. Please tell me that is their any treatment of crvo in homeopathy.
