Your brother can have increase in growth, even with out treatment. If there is genetic tendency.
Other wise i advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such condition, injections of anabolic steroid periodically,protein supplements like complain.
In your case the increase in height is not possible.
