iron deficiency anemia, while absorption of
vitamin B12 at [ileum] and mal absorption will result in megaloblastic anemia, thus check with respective values

take: old brown rice, moong,masoor, arhar dal, banana, jamun, butter milk, goat milk,sesame oil,honey,soup,cumin,mint.
avoid: maize,pea,garlic,betel nut,vinegar,milk and milk products,jaggery,spicy food,late night awakening,drinking excess milk,corrylium,tobacco [in any form], excess physical exertion.
1. fried cumin seeds 500mg,
fried asafetida (hing) 125mg,
shweta parpati 500mg, mix them and take with honey three times a day.
2. kutaj arishta 20ml
jirakadya arishta 20ml.. after meals for 21 days
3. chitrakadi vati: 1/2 hour before meals.
