Is There Any Other Process To Be Followed After A Natural Abortion?

Hi I recent went to the doctor n she told me my baby had no heartbrat she asked me if I wanted to wait for the baby to expelled naturally n I saud yes.. So I started bleeing saturday light n sunday I started pasiing the tissue n through out weneday , I kept bleeding thursfay but not hravy I did started to run a fever n felt weak for 2 days n then today im 100% back to normal, just wondering if I should let my doctor know?

Yet, it is always advisable to report the matter to your consultant and get a proper follow up examination. This is necessary to confirm a complete abortion. a follow up trans-vaginal sonogram also should be done to exclude retained products of conception. Please maintain proper genital hygiene.
