Is There Any Permanent Effect Of Acetone On Eyes?

I have a bath of Pure acetone, as 4 litre bottle break up side & acetone come on me by penetrating in my eyes, I washed my eyes for 2-3 minutes, then go to doctor immediately, which gave me medicine & informed me ok.

Is there any long term effect for the same as I am feeling irritation even after 3 days

Acetone is corrosive, It can cause corneal erosion.Good thing you have washed. Doctor has checked and given some medicine and given you OK report. There is no long term effect.Still you can wash your eye. Apply refresh tear eye drop two times daily for 5days.
