Hello, Welcome to healthcare magic. Pimples is a hormone mediated disorder and runs a chronic course till you are 28-30 years of age and sometimes even beyond it. There is no permanent cure for pimples but with maintainance therapy , you can keep it under control. You should continue using topical medications like clindamycin gel, benzoyl peroxide with adaferin combination even after all the pimples seem to have subsided. This maintainance therapy is important to prevent recurrences. This may be required for 6-8 months depending on severity and flares. You could also use salicylic acid based face wash daily.
