Hello and welcome to HCM, Pregnancy can be confirmed by pregnancy test. The urine pregnancy test comes out to be positive 10-15 days after conception. If the pregnancy test is negative, pregnancy can be ruled out for all practical purposes. Irregularities of menstrual cycle is commonly seen in healthy menstruating women. You can wit for your periods for some more time. If the periods do not appear you can consult your gynecologist. Hormonal imbalance is most common cause of irregular menstruation. Hormonal treatment may be required in that case.
