Is There Any Possibility Of Pregnancy As I Missed Periods For Six Days?

I am 6 days late on period, I usually have lots of cramping 1-2 days before my period comes, about 2 weeks ago I had pretty sharp pain in my right ovary it felt like that I've never had before, I've had lower back pain for about a week now but no noon soreness or other symptoms, 2 neg tests, could I be pregnant I have a 5 month old daughter
