Hi doctors,
My bf and I had sex on dec. 26. my last period was on dec. 15. I got worried so I took nordette as ecp after 4 hrs. 4 tablets, then 4 again after 12hrs. After 11 days, january 6, I had spotting accompanied with cramps. I'm really worried because I heard of the implantation bleeding. am I pregnant?

Hi,
Nordette usage has side effects same as other birth control pills. Among which spotting or missed / irregular menstrual periods may occur in the initial few months. Also, if your cycle is regular, the day you had sex is not close to your ovulation. So chance of pregnancy is less.
