hello i am a 43 year old African American last month in march i came on my cycle two day in i was driving and i felt like i was going to faint or pass out i became very confuse and i could not feel my feet to press the breaks for a wuick second i went to the er where they said it sounded like Aniexty /panic attack and gave me somthing to help ease it but i am still going thru this on a day to day base i even have thoughts as if i am dieing and like i can t breath then they say i am pre diabetic but when i check my sugar it be ok... help me please

Standard urine test would be enough for it since this is almost 99% accurate.
